New York City, NY Based in New York City, Lila Rice is a designer and metalsmith who is inspired by our natural environment and the humanistic drive "to make some entity by hand from what the earth has to offer." With a background in socio-cultural anthropology, she has been labeled a "primitive modernist" because of her heavy use of geometry and symbols. Every piece in the collection is handcrafted and custom-made to order in her studio in Brooklyn.
