Are you open during COVID-19
Yes, our Brooklyn store is open with updated hours! The most up-to-date hours can be found on our google listing which is updated regularly.  Masks are required to enter and we are limiting the number of people in store to 8.

How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Gift Cards for online orders. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system. 


Do I need to set up an account to place an order?
No, you can shop at Swords-Smith as a guest.


Is my personal information secure?
All your information is kept completely private. We never share your information, for any reason. Check out our full privacy policy.


Will I be charged tax? 
Sales tax of 8.875% will be collected on all items shipped within New York State

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, we have Swords-Smith gift cards available for purchase. E-gift cards can be redeemed online only for all merchandise and across multiple transactions. E-gift cards will be delivered via email and are valid for one year.

 

How do I purchase a gift certificate for use in-store? 
Email info@swords-smith.com or call customer service at 347-599-2969 during store hours. In-store gift cards always ship for free in our high-quality, locally sourced packaging.

 

The style or size I want is sold out, what do I do?
If you would like to order a size or style not currently in stock, email us at info@swords-smith.com. We are happy to place special orders for our clients. Items on sale are not eligible for special order. 

 

I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do?
Swords-Smith is unable to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. All refused packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee

 

I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Occasionally we run offers for our followers on social media or mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. If you are having trouble redeeming a promo code,  email info@swords-smith.com or call customer service at 347-599-2969 during store hours.

 

What if the item I ordered becomes unavailable? 
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.
