How can I pay?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Gift Cards for online orders. All payments are processed through our secure checkout system.
Do I need to set up an account to place an order?

Can I purchase a gift card?
Yes, we have Swords-Smith gift cards available for purchase. E-gift cards can be redeemed online only for all merchandise and across multiple transactions. E-gift cards will be delivered via email and are valid for one year.
How do I purchase a gift certificate for use in-store?
Email firstname.lastname@example.org or call customer service at 347-599-2969 M-F 12-8, Sat 11-8, Sun 12-7. In-store gift cards always ship for free in our high-quality, locally sourced packaging.
The style or size I want is sold out, what do I do?
If you would like to order a size or style not currently in stock, email us at email@example.com. We are happy to place special orders for our clients. Items on sale are not eligible for special order.
I need to change/cancel my order, what do I do?
Swords-Smith is unable to alter or cancel orders once they have been placed. All refused packages are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
I have a promo code, how do I use it?
Occasionally we run offers for our followers on social media or mailing lists. When placing an order, simply enter your promo code at time of checkout to redeem the promotion. What if the item I ordered becomes unavailable?
If an item you have ordered becomes unavailable, we will notify you immediately by email or telephone. We will not bill you for items that are not available and your credit card will not be charged until your order is ready to ship. Items sold online are subject to availability.
Swords-Smith will match the price of any full-priced item sold in U.S. dollars by a competitor site based in the U.S. Email a link of the product to email@example.com for any price match inquiries. The exact style, color and size that you are purchasing must be available at a lower price in order to qualify for price matching. Sale items are not eligible for price matching. Requests should be made before placing your order or within the 14 day return window.
We offer a sale price adjustment on items purchased at full price up to 7 days prior to commencement date of sale. Sale price adjustments can be claimed within a 14 day window of original purchase and will be issued as store credit. The exact style, color and size you are purchasing must be available at a lower price on sale at time of sale adjustment request. Items originally purchased on sale or using a special promotion are not eligible for sale adjustments. Email firstname.lastname@example.org for all sale adjustment inquiries.
