DOMESTIC ORDERS
Domestic orders are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. Items must be received within 14 days of original date. Items must be in perfect condition to qualify for return: unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must also be in perfect condition (for example shoe and jewelry boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return or exchange if the merchandise does not meet our standards. 

All sale items are not eligible for refund. Sale items are accepted for store credit or one-time exchange only, unless marked "Final Sale" online. Items must be received within 14 days of original ship date. Swords-Smith does not hold items for exchange. 

Promotional code can not be applied to gift cards. Items purchased using  promotional codes are eligible for exchange or store credit only.

The following items not eligible for refund or exchange: swim, socks, lingerie/intimates, fragrances, beauty and grooming products, magazines and paper products, candles, all eyewear and Areaware product.

Web items can be returned in-store. Refunds will not be processed in-store, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You may exchange a web item for an item of higher value in-store.



INTERNATIONAL ORDERS 
International orders placed from Canada are eligible for exchange or refund, using same terms as U.S. orders. International orders placed from any other country aside from the U.S. or Canada are Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange. 
 

PROCEDURE
To return your item(s), simply fill out the return form included with your order. Orders must be received back to us by the deadline printed on the form in order to qualify for a refund/exchange. Shipping is free on all exchanges. We will do our best to fill all exchange requests, but we are unable to hold items for exchange. If a requested style is unavailable, the amount will be refunded to your card or store credit.

We offer free shipping on all exchanges. Swords-Smith is not responsible for return shipping costs. COD packages will not be accepted. We highly recommend you insure and track your parcel and adequately protect it during shipment. Swords-Smith is not responsible for product lost or damaged during shipment. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment only. Refunds or store credit will be issued within 7-10 business days in the original form of payment and payment amount, excluding shipping and return shipping costs.



FAILED DELIVERIES
We ship to the address provided. If packages are undeliverable for any reason, including customer’s refusal to pay duties, Swords-Smith is not responsible for return shipping costs or cost of re-shipping merchandise. We charge a 30% restocking fee for delivery failures. 


IN-STORE RETURNS
In-store purchases are eligible for a one-time exchange or store credit within 14 days of purchase accompanied by the original sales receipt. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unused with all original tags attached. All packaging must accompany the product and must be in perfect condition (for example shoe and jewelry boxes). We reserve the right to refuse a return if merchandise does not meet our standards.

Web items can be returned in-store. Refunds will not be processed in-store, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. You may exchange a web item for an item of equal or higher value in-store.

All sale items are final sale and not accepted for refund or exchange. Other items not eligible for return, refund or exchange: swim, lingerie, fragrances, beauty and grooming products, magazines and paper products, candles and eyewear. All special orders and items made to order are not eligible for return or exchange. A printed copy of our policy is available upon request.
